About your custom portal
Every organisation using Prosper has its own portal URL. Signing in through your company's portal — rather than a generic login page — takes you straight to your company's Prosper space.
Note: If you visit the general Prosper EX login page on our website, you'll be advised to use your company's custom portal URL instead.
Finding your portal URL
Your company URL is your company name, typed as one word, followed by prosperex.com.au.
For example, if your company is Your Company Name Pty Ltd, your portal URL would be:
yourcompanyname.prosperex.com.au
If you're not sure of the exact URL, your company administrator can confirm it for you.
How to log in
Step 1 — Enter the URL
Type your company portal URL into your browser's address bar. Once entered, you'll be taken to your company's login page.
Step 2 — Enter your login details
Enter your login details and select Log in or Single sign on (if applicable). You'll be directed to your company's Prosper space.
Quick access: save your portal for next time
To avoid typing the URL each time, save your portal as a bookmark on your computer or pin it to your phone's home screen so it behaves like an app.
Add your URL to desktop favourites
- Open your web browser and navigate to your custom portal URL.
- Click the star icon in the address bar to bookmark the page.
- Choose a name for the bookmark and save it to your favourites.
Pin the URL to your phone like an app
For iPhone (Safari):
- Open Safari and go to your custom portal URL.
- Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Add to Home Screen and name the shortcut.
- Tap Add. The shortcut will appear on your home screen.
For Android (Chrome):
- Open Chrome and go to your custom portal URL.
- Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top-right corner.
- Select Add to Home screen.
- Name the shortcut and tap Add.
- The shortcut will appear on your home screen.
Tip: Once pinned to your home screen, your Prosper portal opens just like a native app — full screen, with your company branding, and no need to remember the URL.
Tips and troubleshooting
I can't find my portal.
If you're unable to find your portal, contact your company's administrator, or reach out to Prosper support at support@prosperex.com.au.
I get an error or the page won't load.
Double-check the URL is spelled correctly — your company name should be one word with no spaces, followed by .prosperex.com.au. If it still won't load, confirm the exact URL with your administrator.
My login details aren't working.
Make sure you're entering the credentials associated with your Prosper account. If you've forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the login page, or contact your administrator.
I landed on the general Prosper EX login page.
The general website login page isn't where you sign in — you'll be advised to use your company's custom portal URL instead. Enter your company URL (yourcompanyname.prosperex.com.au) in the address bar to reach your login page.
The bookmark or home screen shortcut isn't working.
Delete the bookmark or shortcut and recreate it, making sure you're on your correct company portal URL when you save it.
