Initiating Integration with Employment Hero

The following guide will support initiating an integration with Employment Hero. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for set up prior to initiating any integrations.  

Step 1: Login to Employment Hero

Step 2: Select Developer Portal

Step 3: Add Application

Populate Name field with Prosper

Step 4: Login to Prosper, and select Employment Hero in the Integrations tab

Step 5: Select View Integration URLs and copy Callback URL

Step 6: Paste Callback URL into Redirect URL field in Employment Hero, and check employees:show, employees:list, and organisations:list, and Create

 

Close

Authorisartion Modal will appear, select Allow

Step 7: Select Webhooks URL from Prosper

Step 8: Select My Webhooks in Employment Hero

Step 9: Paste Webhooks URL, check employee_created, employee_updated, and Create

 

Step 10: In Prosper, select Activation settings, Enable Integration, and Save

Step 11: Trigger full sync

Confirmation email will arrive when the integration is complete.
